Description Application 1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE) forms heterogenous liposomes with N-[1-(2,3-dioleoyloxy)propyl]-N,N,N-trimethylammonium methylsulfate (DOTAP), which are used as delivery vehicles for therapeutic agents .
