Description_x000D_ General description_x000D_ Anti-c-ErbB2/c-Neu (Ab-4), mouse monoclonal, clone 7.16.4, recognizes ~185 kDa c-ErbB2 in overexpressing B104-1-1 cells. It is validated for WB, IP, ICC, frozen sections, & growth inhibition assay._x000D_ Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing C3H mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with NS-1 mouse myeloma cells (see application references).
