Description
General description
Anti-CD64, mouse monoclonal, clone 10.1, recognizes the ~72 kDa CD64 protein (FcR1). It is validated for FC, WB, IP, IHC on frozen sections, and for neutralization studies.

The antibody is reported to block immunoglobulin binding to FcR1. FACS was performed on 5x105 cultured U-937 human tumor cells and analyzed by flow cytometry. Optimal binding concentration tested was 10 µg/ml when used with secondary reagent goat anti-mouse IgG, FITC conjugated. This antibody has also been reported to work for frozen sections, immunoblotting, and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
