Description General description Anti-EGFR (Ab-1), mouse monoclonal, clone 528, recognizes EGF receptor protein in A431 cells and normal skin. This antibody inhibits EGF binding to its receptor and is an antagonist of in vivo EGF-stimulated tyrosine kinase activity (see application references).
