Isobavachalcone significantly inhibits both oligomerization and fibrillization of Aβ42. Isobavachalcone exhibits a wide spectrum of biological activities including antioxidative, antiplatelet, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and neuroprotective.
