This activated mTLR4/ mTLR promotes canonical myeloid differentiation primary response gene 88 (MyD88) and toll-interleukin(IL) 1 receptor (TIR) domain-containing adaptor inducing interferon (IFN)-β (TRIF)-dependent signaling.
