It can sequester cholesterol present on the cell membrane of eukaryotes. Nystatin regulates immune responses through cytokine signaling, lymphocyte activation and pathogen recognition._x000D_ Caution_x000D_ This product is stable at 37°C for three days._x000D_ Preparation Note_x000D_ This suspension consists of 10,000 units/mL Nystatin in Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline. It is aseptically processed, sterility testeed by USP and cell culture tested._x000D_ Other Notes_x000D_ 20ml, 100ml_x000D_ Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
