Palomid 529 has been shown to inhibit tumor growth, angiogenesis, and vascular permeability. Palomid 529 (P529) inhibited glioblastoma growth, penetrating the blood brain barrier with little affinity for ATP-binding cassette (ABC) drug efflux transporters ABCB1 and ABCG2.
