Description_x000D_ General description_x000D_ REDTaq Genomic DNA Polymerase is a unique blend of Taq DNA Polymerase with an inert red dye. This special formulation is designed to provide enhanced amplification of more complex or genomic templates. REDTaq Genomic DNA Polymerase is highly sensitive, produces increased yields and is capable of generating longer product lengths. It has all the advantages of REDTaq DNA polymerase, such as easy visualization of enzyme addition and complete reaction mixing, and direct loading to an agarose gel. The dye migrates slightly faster than bromophenol blue at approximately the same rate as a 125 base pair fragment._x000D_ The inert red dye does not effect automated or manual sequencing, restriction digestions or other downstream applications. The dye can easily removed by any standard purification method._x000D_ Application_x000D_ For routine genomic DNA amplifications_x000D_ Features and Benefits_x000D_ • Enhanced amplification on genomic and difficult DNA templates_x000D_ • Same great performance as Taq DNA Polymerase in a more convenient format for high throughput applications_x000D_ • Quick recognition and confirmation of appropriate mixing_x000D_ • No loading buffers or tracking dyes necessary.
