Description General description Smart′Ink S-CS01130 conductive ink was developed for the printed electronics, is particularly well suited for applications requiring high conductivity and high resolution. This ink, based on silver, is perfectly adapted to design conductive traces on flexible substrates. Also, it is shaped for IoT application which required antennas (HF, UHF). Smart′Ink S-CS01130 conductive ink shows improved jetting performance and is successfully used on different tools such as Drop on Demand (DOD) inkjet printer FUJIFILM Dimatix, or such as digital micro-dispensing inkjet printer Microdrop and Microfab. Preparation Note Typical processing guideline • Smart′Ink S-CS01130 conductive ink is warmed to room temperature (about 10 minutes) and left for 5 minutes in an ultrasonic bath in order to get rid of any aggregates. • Filtration on a 0.45 μm PTFE filter syringe to avoid any nozzles clogging.
